Summary

During this 60-day period, we helped the retailer significantly increase lead volume by refining the campaign structure and focusing budget on the areas producing the strongest results. The account used a combination of Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to reach potential customers throughout the buying journey. This allowed us to connect with people researching jewelry products, comparing options, and actively looking to call or book an appointment with a local retailer. As more performance data became available, we identified the campaigns, keywords, and search themes consistently generating phone calls and appointment requests. We then increased investment in those proven areas instead of spreading the budget too broadly across lower-performing opportunities. At the same time, we continued refining search terms and targeting to help ensure the additional traffic remained relevant. As a result, the conversion rate increased by 77%, even as website traffic and advertising spend grew substantially. Every lead included in these results represents a direct action from a prospective customer, including calls from the ads, calls from the website, and booked appointments. This growth was achieved while maintaining an average cost of $64 per lead, allowing the retailer to scale efficiently without sacrificing lead quality or overall performance. During this period, we roughly doubled the advertising budget. Rather than simply increasing spend across the existing campaigns, we reallocated that investment toward the areas generating the strongest results. We focused more budget on high-intent emergency searches, launched new campaigns to capture additional demand, and expanded into related services such as mold remediation. Mold remediation quickly became the account’s leading source of new inquiries. The account was built around one main goal: generating direct contact from prospective customers. Ad messaging highlighted immediate availability and fast response times, while call features were used throughout the campaigns to make it easier for homeowners to reach the company. We also implemented full call and form tracking so every lead could be measured. This allowed us to review performance each week and shift budget toward the campaigns, searches, and services producing the most qualified inquiries. As a result, total leads increased by 138.5% compared to the previous period, phone call volume more than doubled, and the cost per lead remained at $454 even as the advertising budget increased significantly. This allowed the company to scale lead volume while maintaining efficient performance in a high-value service category.
